This User Agreement governs your use of WayToPay services and platform.
User Agreement

1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms of use of the WayToPay Platform (www.waytopay.io).
1.2. This Agreement establishes the relationship between the Platform and the Client regarding services related to cryptocurrency and fiat currency operations.
1.3. By using the Platform, the Client unconditionally agrees to all terms of this Agreement.
2. Parties to the Agreement
Platform: WayToPay, a company registered under the laws of the European Union.
Client: A natural or legal person who registers on the Platform and successfully completes identity verification (KYC).
3. Subject of the Agreement
The Platform provides the Client access to the following services:
- Cryptocurrency and fiat exchange;
- Asset storage (custodial / non-custodial);
- Transfers between users;
- Generation of payment details;
- Display of balances and transaction history;
- Other functions available through the Platform interface.
4. Verification (KYC) and AML/CTF Compliance
4.1. The Client is required to complete identity verification in accordance with MiCA and AMLD5 regulations (including KYC, PEP status, source of funds, etc.).
4.2. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documents and deny service without explanation if necessary to comply with EU regulations.
4.3. In case of suspected money laundering or terrorist financing, the Platform may suspend the Client's account and notify the relevant regulatory authority.
5. Personal Data Processing
5.1. All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5.3. The Client agrees to the transfer of personal data to verification and payment partners if required for service provision or by law.
6. Liability
6.1. The Platform is not liable for losses caused by:
- Cryptocurrency price fluctuations;
- Errors made by the Client during data input;
- Technical failures beyond the Platform's control;
- Loss of account access due to the Client's actions.
6.2. All blockchain transactions are irreversible. The Client agrees to carefully review all transaction parameters before confirmation.
7. Termination of Service
7.1. The Client may close their account at any time by sending a request to: [email protected]
7.2. The Platform may terminate service if:
- The Client violates this Agreement;
- Regulatory restrictions apply;
- The account remains inactive for more than 12 months.
7.3. Upon account closure, the Client must withdraw all funds within 10 business days.
8. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union.
8.2. Disputes are subject to resolution by competent courts within the EU.
8.3. The Client may use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
9. Consent Confirmation
The Client confirms their acceptance of this Agreement by:
- Checking the appropriate box during registration; or
- Continuing to use the Platform after this Agreement has been published.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. The Platform reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.
10.2. The updated version will be published on the website and take effect upon publication.
10.3. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new version.
